I want to share my latest venture with you, one of my coaching colleagues, because for you this may be a great opportunity OR you know someone for whom this is a perfect match!

My business partner Randy (also my husband) and I are taking our combined 15 years experience in divorce mediation and life, career and divorce coaching and have put together a group of professionals including a licensed mental health counselor, a PhD psychologist, a lawyer, a family mediator, a divorce financial analyst and a marketing expert to deliver a Divorce Coach Training and Certification Program. It starts in July for non-coaches and in August for coaches.

 

Here is where we need your help -

Please share this email with any of your colleagues who are interested in developing or expanding their coaching practice. We are providing a series of free tele-seminars to share with people the 7 great reasons to become a certified divorce coach and the 10 benefits that clients report getting from divorce coaching. Anyone is welcome to participate to get valuable ideas about how to start or expand their coaching practice. And at the end of the 45 minutes together, we'll answer questions about the CDC Certified Divorce Coach Training and Certification program so that they can decide if this is something for them.

 

And of course, we would also love to share our plans with you if you are still searching for that elusive niche - and you know in your heart there is a better way for people to experience divorce.

 

Randy got involved in divorce mediation several years ago because he had a terrible experience when his parents divorced - he describes them as the poster parents for how NOT to do divorce! I joined him as a divorce coach a couple of years after he became a mediator because I could see the great value that coaching brings to the process. And so we decided to develop a program to train others. Our goal is to change the face of divorce over the next five years by empowering coaches to serve as sounding boards and thinking partners to those facing this challenging experience. Like you, we know in our hearts there is a better way!
