Fall Fashion Show Fundraiser Set For Nov. 11

This fall, you don’t have to trek to New York, Milan or Paris to enjoy a local top of the line fashion show. Best of all, by being as the festivities you will help a young wanna-be film student win a scholarship to the film school of her/his choice.

It is TBFS (Tampa Bay Film Socieity) first major fundraiser and fashion show. And YOU are invited! The date is now Sunday, November 11, time is 3 p.m. Place is the newly renovated Greek restaurant in Tarpon Springs once known as Papas that is reopening as Sunset Terrace.

Six major clothing stores are providing new fashions to be modeled for the holidays and fall outings.

Why not come dressed as your favorite movie star or in your favorite dressy outfit? And of course bring your favorite date. You both will get a free round of champagne and fancy hors d ’oeuvres as you are seated in front of the models runway.

There will also be a silent auction provided by chairman Bobbi Hill and co-chairman Renee Leone., and there will be a cash bar. Dawn Reese will be the Commentator.
