Sometimes you have to push yourself into the limits of your rage to find your pleasure point and self-compassion. Sounds strange yet if you have been ignoring your emotions for long enough you know that it's true. That is something that was very present for the women who have attended my retreats this fall. It is like going on retreat within your own body. Actively seeking who you really are and really feeling all of the splendor of that.
In fact, you may also find that some of the emotions don't want to leave or your muscle memory craves it. I call that emotional residue. Where are surrounding this year going into next? Are you ready to move on? Or do you have some fight in you?
I thought so! That's why I am starting the year with my Release Your Rage retreat on January 16th.
