Dan Bailey – Co-Founder Amavida Coffee Roasters   Dan grew up in coffee growing regions and lived in many international settings throughout his life which shaped his connections with coffee, farming communities, and concern for the environment. Through these passions, Amavida Coffee and Trading Company was formed in 2004 with the intention to create impact in coffee communities abroad.   Amavida Coffee is an importer, roaster, and purveyor of specialty coffee located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.   Amavida is a legal Benefit Corporation and recently achieved Carbon and Plasticneutrality, off-setting one hundred (100) percent of their carbon and plastic pollution.

Tonya Donati – Managing Partner Mother Kombucha (In Certification Process)   Tonya Donati is co-founder and managing partner of Mother Kombucha, a craft kombucha and beverage company located in St Petersburg, FL. Mother operates with the mission to taste good, feel good, do good and was created with the belief that what is healthy should also be delicious. Prior to founding Mother in 2014, Tonya had an 18 year career as an occupational therapist where she worked with clients across all ages and backgrounds and founded and operated several therapy practices. She lives in St Pete with her husband (and Mother co-founder) Vic and their two children, Nico and Gus.
