Take a moment and believe what you are about to say. I mean believe it like it’s in front of you now. 

 

What does that feel like for you?

 

It may be hard to do it and I acknowledge you for fully participating anyway. Or you may find it is very intensely joyful and again I acknowledge you for fully participating. Either way you are opening yourself up to the possibility of feeling and the possibility of joy. Being a leader takes bravery to be with whatever you are feeling.
