We will be in a location away from the fray of stresses and “active “ life in a holistic Joy Bubble to ready us for joy mongering. It will include holistic skin care products, high quality ethically sourced food to maintain your vibration and energy levels, in a home on the beach to live and play for a weekend. You will release with dance, restructure with Qi Gong, refresh with yoga and birth on the sands of the beach.

Saturday will begin the Restructure process. This is where I would love to include the part of your talk where you gave instructions on how for people to listen and receive you. 

 

I will pick up from there on how to acknowledge yourself and move straight into identifying “your own values”.

 

You will help us process that into our bodies with Qi Gong.

 

We will return to the mind space through speaking and sharing the habits we will be creating to honor our values in a partner activity.

 

Then we will break for lunch. High quality vegan and ethically sourced halal meat choices to give the body and mind energy to continue.

 

Refresh will be a beach declaration ceremony to embody allowing only aligned energy and people into our lives.

 

All beverage and snack options will only be high quality energy sources.

 

Ambiance includes diffusers with activity appropriate essential oils or incense. Massage oils and lotions will be available for self-massage for embodiment exercises.

 

Recommended end to the day or Sunday morning is a massage to integrate.

Sunday we resume 11-2 for brunch yoga with Bahiyyah and related activities for the Rebirth portion which will be a full expression of joy mongering.

For this topic we will have a variety of full panel discussions. Last week we ended with how do you know it is time to go or that a relationship has expired? This week we pick up on what leads to divorce. I have chosen the Power Play of Love as this month's topic because you have the power to play full out or shrink. Playing full out is choosing to create a container which honors your values and desires until you agree to end it. No matter what leads to that end, you are always the one in power and have the choice to make it end. Sometimes divorce happens because boundaries are crossed too many times and healing becomes an individual endeavor. Sometimes it is due to one or both parties not stepping into their power to create in a way that honors who they are. In any case there is no excuse for domestic violence. This episode will touch on the power play of love in cases of domestic violence defined as emotional, psychological, financial and physical abuse.
