Making decisions to stop sabotaging and start making good self-care choices for yourself the same way you care for your child, furbaby, or significant other is what High Priority Self Care is all about. Here are some decisions to consider working into your day.
Deciding to give yourself the gift of:
- Taking a few extra minutes to plan your food and order healthy
- Drinking more water
- Taking a walk instead of snacking
- Resting when you are tired instead of pushing through just one more hour
- Permission to Play and have FUN
Giving yourself grace and space for mistakes, learning from them, and moving forward without guilt or self-punishment.
