What's your resolution for 2023?

It's a funny thing about resolutions.
People are making resolutions big and small. Choosing "words of the year." The truth is, even though a gym membership is on sale in January, most people will let their attendance slide to almost non-existent by Valenntine's Day.

The real truth?
You don't even NEED a gym membership. The beginning of the year shouldn't really be about how we can fix ourselves. YOU (and we) don't need to fix ourselves. WE ARE GREAT THE WAY WE ARE.

We can strive to be healthier, to read more, spend more time with family and friends and "maybe come out in the sun" for once, but the real truth is that we are perfect NOW, the way we are NOW.

Like, right now.
