After a year or two like no other, a lot of people worldwide are facing major challenges including stress, anxiety and an overwhelming feeling of depression and isolation. Along with these new concerns, a lot of employees have shared how challenging it is to find the inspiration they need to stay productive as well as maintain/incorporate healthy wellness habits—both physical and mental—even though they’re more crucial than ever during this time.
In light of these challenging times, Ruvi will be conducting an informative session discussing mindful supportive habits, behaviors, thoughts and actions that can be applied in and out of the workplace to help cope with stressors.
