But as a consultant, it is just as important to be able to explain your HOW.

But here is the catch.

Your Service Offering consists of three (3) pieces.


This 4-hour workshop over 2 days

starts by clarifying your POINT OF VIEW, continues by developing your METHODOLOGY and

ends by discussing 4 different categories of SERVICES.


Dates: May 19th and May 26th

Time: 12:30 to 2:30 PM EDT

(9:30 AM PT | 10:30 AM MT | 11:30 AM CT)

Two (2) hours are set aside for each session, but I will be around for an additional hour to answer questions and to help anyone who wants assistance.

  • Methodology Overview

Day 2: May 26th

  • Discussion of Your Methodology: Fundamentals of a Methodology; Methodology, Pricing and Proposals; Create Your Own Methodology
  • Discussion of 4 Service Offering Categories (Custom, Transformational or Signature System, Package or Productized Consulting Services, Other ): Pros and Cons of Each Category; Developing your Services; Structure for Transformational and Package Services
  • Recap


  • Structure for your Point of View helping to explain your HOW.
  • Methodology structure that ties to your Point of View and drives your Services
  • Understanding of 4 Service Categories and how to incorporate them into your business.

Need to leave a session early? No worries. I realize business and life happens. The sessions are recorded and available for replay. Plus you have access to all of the handouts.
