Thank you for four wonderful years. Yesterday was our anniversary.
It's amazing to think we started this company with a basic framework and a passion for helping women feel healthy and how it has grown into so much more!
Like a proud parent, I am so pleased with the way our original framework has grown into a proven program with simple steps that focus on three areas giving you the most impact: food, emotions, and self-care so that you can enjoy better health and live your life to the fullest.
Beyond how our services have grown to meet your needs, this is an experience of partnership, connection, and collaboration.
It's about doing this together. Having the courage to look ourselves in the mirror, admit we need to shift or change, and then support each other every step of the way.
We all know that it's much easier to thrive in an environment of support, so we have been spotlighting and celebrating three things this week on social media.
1. Food is such an important part of our community as it powerfully connects us together. This is why it was so important that our Sugar is the Devil cookbook captured this essence.
We achieved that by making it a collaboration with 16 co-authors sharing their stories and recipes. It's something that you can share with your family and friends to create moments and experiences through healthy food that can be passed down to many future generations.
2. Our second spotlight is all about celebrating and honoring our members.
The energy our members put into striving for change through every little decision is impressive. This journey is not one of perfection, and there are many hard moments along the way. It's inspiring to see them rise, learn to shift, and give themselves the grace and space to become the vision of health that they desire.
3. I celebrate you for sharing this journey with me. It takes a village to run a small business and goes way beyond family, friends, and program members.
It's about YOU and our greater community who continue to spread the word, liking posts, watching reels or videos, showing up for events, reaching out with questions, comments, or kind words of encouragement, reading this weekly email, and most of all, supporting each other.
As I reflect on this winding journey of vulnerability, connection, and celebrating all the WINS we have had together, I feel immense gratitude and honor to be here with you.
I invite you to watch the celebration videos @scalethelimit on Instagram and Facebook.Â
Cheers to you!
