Recent surveys of HR Professionals have shown that 98% are experiencing burnout and more than 3/4 are considering quitting. HR is clearly in crisis.
In this session, we will cover the causes of burnout, followed by a deep-dive on the unique pressures HR teams experience that increase burnout risk. From there, we will review some of the best tips for preventing burnout for HR professionals. In combination, understanding the causes, symptoms and proven preventative measures HR coworkers can take will help participants identify tools, resources, tactics, and strategies for navigating a challenging and complex future.

Owner of a 2022 Top 20 Workplace Wellness provider, a 2022 Top 10 Emerging Organizational Change company, and named a top 100 HR Professional of 2020, Dr. Allessandria Polizzi left her 20-year HR career following recovery from burnout to help others address wellbeing at work. With a cadre of diverse affiliates from around the globe, Verdant Consulting helps build the skills needed for today's workplace.
