Happy Thanksgiving
Gratitude never asks for more!
Life brings us what we need to learn through pain or joy. The realization that with every thought, fear, reaction, response or feeling triggered, the importance is to remain open and soft in your heart. Appreciating each moment and what it brings gave me a taste of knowing the true meaning of gratitude. You can be grateful for being alive, and, simply know the insightful truth of gratitude.
When you move in a space of gratitude, you give thanks to what is present. Life brings pleasant events and not so pleasant events. You can be grateful and enjoy each experience without judgment. And despite your beliefs, interpretations, opinions, perceptions and assumptions you can be grateful. Gratitude exists without personal clutter. Clutter can take the form of “baggageâ€Âť and “stories “as contribution and input. When there is a reaction to an event in life, a story is created about it. When we hold onto stories, we hide behind them which prevents us from being authentic. The truth is to be in your heart, set yourself free and be okay with everything as is.

GODDESS GATHERINGS OF TAMPA BAY
Friday December 13,2024
4-7pm
Bona Dea (Roman)
This fertility goddess was worshiped in a secret temple on the Aventine hill in Rome, and only women were permitted to attend her rites. Her annual festival was held early in December. High-ranking women such as the high priestesses would gather at the house of Rome's most prominent magistrates, the Pontifex Maximus. While there, the magistrate's wife led secret rituals at which men were forbidden. It was even prohibited to discuss men or anything masculine at the ritual.
Be free and let life be just as it is. Know that nothing needs to change. Listening to the knowing in your heart, and in that know what is true, as you see and grow. Truth is in the knowing that there is goodness (the Goddess) in everything. Life challenges us and at times it is painful and hard to see the goodness and receive gratitude. Know that even though you do not see something, does not mean that it does not exist. You may not be able to see the truth in a situation until you are open and ready to receive it.

A style of dance that combines elements from multiple dance genres, techniques, and music styles to create a unique and improvisational form of expression.
