Venus the Roman Goddess of Love, Beauty and Romance!!

Venus, the Roman Goddess of Love Born of sea foam and water was brought to earth on a conch shell. She is the star of the sea and the Queen of Pleasure. She inspires people to love themselves and each other.  Botticelli the painter turned to her for inspiration in his painting the Birth of Venus. She is the Goddess of Beauty and Sensuality and the mother of the Roman people.  She represents the necessary balance of beauty with utilitarianism. The city of Venice in named in her honor. Her attendants the three graces Joyous, Brilliance and Flowering illustrate the wonders the Goddess can offer if she chooses to smile upon you and your earthly requests. Roses are her favorite flower. On Valentine’s day dress to look your most beautiful and enchanting with the smell of sweet perfumes. These acts invite Venus the Goddess of Love into your life.

The Greek goddess Aphrodite, the original "Golden Girl is perfectly attired for the Love occasion in a simple string of pearls and a couple of strategically placed scallop shells, as she steps out of the ocean onto the island of Cypress and sets the ancient world on its ear.

Aphrodite, the Greek Goddess of romantic love had finally arrived! She is the Goddess of sensual beauty and impeccable taste!!
